At RangMehal, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return and exchange process as simple and stress-free as possible.


1. Return Eligibility & Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags intact and attached
  • In original packaging with no signs of damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


2. Exchange Process

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@rangmehal.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange
  2. Specify the size or color you would like instead
  3. Our team will confirm availability and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service
  5. Once received and inspected, your exchange item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Return Steps

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@rangmehal.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable courier
  5. Share the tracking number with us once dispatched
  6. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will prioritize your case and arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
