1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been successfully placed.


2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We offer reliable domestic shipping across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


3. International Shipping

RangMehal ships internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination:

  • South Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Middle East: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & North America: 10–21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. RangMehal is not liable for any customs-related delays.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@rangmehal.com.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale seasons
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Courier disruptions or strikes
  • Customs clearance for international orders

RangMehal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.


6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building reception
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us at support@rangmehal.com within 48 hours

We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
