Estimated delivery times are guides only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate; we are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect address details.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and with tags attached.
• Returns are subject to inspection.
• Approved returns will be processed via store credit or product exchange.
